Take advantage of our engineering with the 1.4x optic glass that is used to make up the focal flange distance difference between the lens and camera (distance between the lens flange and film/sensor plane). This corrective lens in our adapter allows an older lens to properly focus to infinity on the newer camera body*. This is a manual adapter, so lens functions that rely on electronic communication with the camera body (autofocus, AE metering, image stabilization, etc.) will be disrupted.
